The Brief

J Kitchen and Bathrooms approached us seeking a complete brand transformation, including a new name and refreshed logo. With an established customer base already familiar with their identity, the challenge was to evolve their look without alienating loyal clients. The business felt that their existing name and visual identity were starting to feel dated and didn’t reflect the high-quality, professional home improvement services they provide.

Our Approach

We began by spending time with the  team to deeply understand their business - its history, values, and aspirations. The goal was to craft a brand that felt both modern and trustworthy, while still retaining the heritage and professionalism their clients had come to rely on.

We held collaborative brainstorming sessions to explore new business names and visual directions. After exploring various concepts and their meanings, we settled on Silver Arch - a name that evoked strength, tradition, and reliability, while also providing a unique and memorable identity for the future.

What We Created

  • Logo Design: We designed a modern yet timeless logo, incorporating a sleek silver arch as a direct nod to the new name.

  • Typography: A classic serif font was chosen to enhance the brand's professional tone and convey a sense of trust and tradition.

  • Colour Palette: We established a sophisticated colour palette using grey tones and navy blues to reflect reliability, quality, and professionalism.

  • Branded Materials: We revamped all key business documents, including invoices and quotations. These were not only redesigned with the new logo, fonts, and colour scheme, but also reformatted to be fully editable by the client for day-to-day use.

Silver Arch now has a cohesive, modern brand identity that better reflects who they are today, a forward-thinking, high-quality home improvement business with strong foundations. Their updated materials give them a more professional appearance while still feeling familiar to their existing customer base.
